I have been helping customers buy and sell real estate for almost 20 years now.
I am full time and work diligently to answer my phone, texts and emails in a timely manor. I am very knowledgeable in building construction, materials and housing defects.
I always recommend a home inspection from a preferred inspector but I can help you avoid starting down the purchase path on a "bad" house. I can also help explain which home inspection items are important and which are trivial.
I do help you with the type of loans available and point you to the lender that can help with your situation. 100% loans to investor rehab loans and everything in between!
I am the qualifying broker for my company and that means I teach other agents about contract, market conditions and customer service!
I want to be your Realtor for life. You will want to recommend me to your friends and family because I set the bar high and I achieve results for you!

It Has Been An Honor And Pleasure To Work With You This Year!
We Wish You The Best Of Holidays And A Growing 2019!
I would also ask a favor of you this holiday season.
I have done many things in my life but few as satisfying as working with the Fire Department and first responder's. I know first hand of the hardships of the Fire Service, many of them will work through Christmas and the New Year to keep us safe! I ask that you thank a first responder this holiday season!
There are many heroes who serve without thanks or appreciation and who are not compensated nearly enough for what they do. Let's thank the ones we can this holiday season!
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. ~Bible, John 15:13
